Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Good Society, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason it’s not right, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:

Eligibility
    •    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be in original condition, unworn and unused (except for trying on), and returned in the original packaging.

Return & Exchange Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
    •    Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item.
    •    If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
    •    If the item is not returned in its original condition, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges
    •    Exchanges are available within the 14-day window.
    •    Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will ship out your requested exchange.
    •    Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
